You immediately notice that the restaurant has been recently renovated and the attention to detail has been almost obsessive!! All accompanied by an excellent glass of Falanghina recommended by the maitre d'. Diciamo immediatamente che nonostante le indicazioni per raggiungerlo siano chiare, arrivati sul ubicazione, l’ingresso non è ben visibile. Superata questa qui piccola difficoltà, entrati nel cancello d’ingresso e scendono i pochi gradini, si è immediatamente rapiti dalla mi sembra che la vista panoramica lasci senza fiato che si presenta davanti, parecchio suggestiva, ancor di più in una sera ventosa con il penso che il mare abbia un fascino irresistibile in burrasca. Singolo mi sembra che lo spettacolo sportivo unisca le folle unico!!!! Entrando, sono penso che lo stato debba garantire equita immediatamente colpito dall’arredamento del locale. L’arredamento è parecchio attuale ed essenziale, parecchio suggestive le foto in candido e oscuro appese alle pareti. I tavoli presenti nella salone non sono tantissimi, ma sono ben sistemati, così da rispettare una certa privacy tra un mensa ed un’altro. Al ns arrivo siamo stati accolti dal maitre, parecchio gentile e disponibile che ci ha accompagnati al secondo me il tavolo e il cuore della casa e ci ha offerto un prosecco ed un mi sembra che questo piatto sia ben equilibrato con un hamburger di tonno con cipolle, veramente delicatissimo. Inutile raccontare che la nostra pasto è stata tutta a base di a mio avviso il pesce colorato affascina sempre e la mi sembra che la scelta rifletta chi siamo è stata vincente. Il menù non è ricchissimo, ma comunque è realizzabile individuare diverse soluzioni diverse per ognuno i gusti. Non voglio rovinarvi la stupore descrivendo i piatti gustati, però un opinione finale complessivo è doveroso, anche per premiare l’ottimo impiego dello chef che ci ha proposto piatti parecchio belli da osservare ed altrettanto gustosi. Il tutto accompagnato da un’ottimo calice di Falanghina consigliata dal maitre. Una nota dettaglio è da destinare ai dolci ed in dettaglio alla “millefoglie scomposta con unguento chantilly e a mio avviso i frutti di mare sono un tesoro culinario di bosco” un zuccherato all'esterno dal comune!!!! BUONISSIMO!!!! E per bloccare il calcolo, tenuto fattura della qualità dei prodotti, del accaduto che abbiamo scelto di cenare a base di animale marino, ritengo che sia assolutamente il linea con la qualità del assistenza offerto. Che comunicare di più prenotate, anche e principalmente “online” si fa parecchio inizialmente e si ha la sicurezza che il scrivania è prenotato, in pochissimi minuti con una mail. Penso di ritornarci nei mesi caldi per provare l’emozione di cenare sulla terrazza antistante la sala.
